ECCH has developed a short policy document on accreditation which complements its recommended core curriculum 'European Guidelines for Homeopathic Education'.(see Education)

Accreditation marks an important step forward in the establishment of any profession as it entails that courses of education of future practitioners have undertaken a guided comprehensive review of their course delivery processes and infrastructure carried out against a set of criteria established by the professional body, the public and the education providers it works with. This process should produce practitioners of uniform competence and integrity for the professional register irrespective of which school they issue from.
